In silver, number impressed ""No 975948"" on the reverse, measuring 28. 3 mm, replacement ribbon, tarnishing evident on the reverse, edge nicks, bruised, very fine. Footnote: The Medal for Bravery with Classes was founded by Tsar Alexander II on August 3, 1878. After the death of Tsar Alexander III, the medal was re issued around 1894 with the bust of Tsar Nicholas II. Initially, no changes were made to the Medal, but on August
