This dress is from the late 1980's or and it is really so lovely when worn! This could also be worn as a skirt and we are showing it both ways in the images. The empire waistline is gathered so the gathering drape down the skirt is vertical, and the sides are ruched so that the back gathering is horizontal. All of these little details make
